October Lunch & Learn: “Balance Basics”

Join Becky Kollmorgan, Physical Therapist, for an informational presentation on what does into our balance from a neurological standpoint and why our balance changes as we age. Luckily, balance can be retrained with the right exercises so come prepared to get on your feet and practice a few techniques. Take away tips and strategies to make your balance better, with ideas taken from physical therapy, yoga, pilates, sports, and functional training.
Becky has been a physical therapist for over twenty years and teaches a variety of fitness classes throughout the seacoast, including Thursday mornings at the KCC. She is also a registered yoga teacher.
