Extreme Air Jump Rope Workshop
Come learn single rope and double dutch freestyle skills! No jumping experience required. This workshop is open to jumpers ages 7 & up. Jumpers must be willing to learn and have fun!
– Wear comfortable clothing & athletic shoes: bring water bottle
– Please tie hair back and remove all jewelry
– A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a registration form to participate.

Gratitude Is the Attitude Card Workshops
These workshops will be a fun and creative place for students/participants to let their imagination run free. The initial goal is to explain the theme, paint a visual picture and allow them to bring what they see to life. We will be able to make a variety of beautifully designed cards that can be mailed to friends and family. The student will walk away with the skills and ability to create designs in the future.

Let loose and get wild after school! Join the caring, wacky mentors from White Pine Programs for outdoor adventures – exploring about nearby nature through games, free play and stories. 100% unplugged and outdoors. Join 8th Degree Black Belt and Head Instructor of the NE Okinawan Karate Dojo, Greg Lazarus for our new Karate Program! He welcomes students (8 years of age and older) that come to him with the desire to learn the true essence of Matsumura Seito Karate-do. Shihan Lazarus has been training students since 1980.
