Senior Programs

Gentle Yoga with Becky

Chair Yoga uses traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques but adapts them to seated or standing versions so no mats are required. A combination of moving, standing, and sitting positions will be utilized. Class is quiet yet active, calming yet invigorating, and practice tips for balance, steadiness, joint mobility and muscle flexibility are taught.

  • Cost (6-weeks): $60 (residents)/$72 (non-residents)
  • When: Tuesdays, 9:45-10:45am, June 30 - August 11 (no class 7/28)

Senior "Lounge" Drop-In Center

The Senior “Lounge” Drop-in Center is available every Monday-Friday for you to choose your own activities (as long as the room is available). Scheduled daily and weekly activities are also offered and listed on the following pages. Additional programming includes as presentations or classes. Monthly schedules will be available beginning in September. Check back for further details.
